Our Engagements
Three Ways to Work Together, Scoped for Different Needs
Whether your leadership team needs a focused two-day workshop or an ongoing advisory relationship, there is an engagement structured for where you are.
Back to HomeOur Approach
How We Structure the Work
Each engagement begins with a diagnostic phase — a period of structured listening before any conclusions are formed. We do not arrive with a prepared answer and work backward from it. The quality of the advice depends on the quality of the diagnosis, so we invest the time the diagnosis requires.
Our facilitation approach is designed to surface what is genuinely in the room — the differing views, unstated assumptions, and quiet disagreements that often shape how strategy actually unfolds in practice. Bringing those into the open is frequently the most valuable part of the work.
Deliverables are practical by design. A planning document serves the leadership team that will use it — not the audience that might review it. We structure outputs accordingly.
Diagnostic Listening
We begin by understanding the business context, the pressures the leadership team is navigating, and where clarity is most needed.
Structured Analysis
We examine the operating environment, internal capability, and strategic position — using frameworks appropriate to the engagement scope.
Collaborative Synthesis
Findings and options are developed in dialogue with the leadership team — not presented as conclusions from outside.
Practical Deliverables
Outputs are structured for use — clear, actionable, and built around the decisions the team will face in the months ahead.
Engagement 01
Strategic Clarity Session
A focused two-day workshop designed to help leadership teams step back from the operational pace and examine the direction of their business with fresh eyes. Consultants work alongside the core team to map existing priorities, surface tensions between near-term pressures and longer-term intent, and identify where clarity is most needed. Suitable for businesses entering a new phase — whether that means growth, adaptation, or consolidation.
What the engagement includes
- Pre-workshop briefing and context gathering
- Two structured facilitated workshop days
- Consolidated view of strategic position
- Short set of well-considered priorities for decision-making
- Follow-up written summary of session outputs
Process steps
- 1Initial conversation to understand context and confirm scope
- 2Pre-workshop materials prepared and circulated
- 3Two-day facilitated workshop with leadership team
- 4Written summary and priority list delivered within five working days

Engagement 02
Business Roadmap Development
A comprehensive advisory engagement that translates strategic intent into a practical, time-phased roadmap. The consulting team works with senior management over three to four weeks to examine the operating environment, assess internal capability, and co-develop a multi-year direction grounded in realistic assumptions. Designed for organisations that want a coherent plan they can actually follow through on.
What the engagement includes
- Structured planning document with clear multi-year direction
- Visual roadmap of priorities and milestones
- Operating environment and capability assessment
- Facilitated leadership alignment review session
- Final presentation and implementation guidance

- 4Leadership alignment session and final document delivery (Week 4)
Investment
RM 2,800
Engagement 03
Long-Term Advisory Partnership
An ongoing advisory arrangement for leadership teams who benefit from a trusted external perspective across multiple planning cycles. The approach is collaborative and adaptive — the consulting team becomes a familiar part of the strategic conversation rather than an outside voice brought in for occasional projects. Well-suited to growing organisations navigating a complex or shifting environment.
What the engagement includes
- Quarterly strategic review sessions (4 per year)
- Ad-hoc consulting support between review cycles
- Annual roadmap recalibration session
- Continuity of same consulting team throughout
- Priority response to time-sensitive strategic questions
How it works over time
- Q1Onboarding session and initial roadmap baseline
- Q2Mid-year strategic review and priority adjustment
- Q3Forward planning session for the following year
- Q4Annual roadmap recalibration and renewal discussion
Annual Investment
RM 5,100

Not Sure Where to Begin?
Let's Work Out the Right Fit Together
Most clients begin with a brief initial conversation. It costs nothing, and it often clarifies quite quickly whether there is a meaningful fit — and if so, which engagement would serve the situation best.
